Healing....
I often get the question "What exactly is Healing?"
The most Direct answer I can give is
Healing is your ability to create change. Or to make whole again within yourself and others.
If one was to get technical, looking it up in the dictionary this examples like the one from Marrium-Webster Dictionary
heal·ing
noun: healing
To each is own, and each will have their own experience. All depending on what the "healee" is working on as a being in their physical body.
Many times we are reluctant to change. I offer the idea of a body programming (through various forms) , bodies are reluctant to change, and for good reason; they die. The more you validate your body or the more you say hello, imagine change or create healing for yourself the more trust the body has in you, and the more change you and your body are able to "have" Coxing it one step at a time. Many of us have missed a few years of not being present not fully being in the body, stuck in the day to day and slowly many of us became ungrounded, have pain or as some say not being mindful... try to remember baby steps, you didn't get this way over night. Its not a problem,I see it as becoming more conscious , owning your space. Making it a problem adds invalidation in your body.
Remember be kind and unwind or is it keep calm and carry on.....
