     All Sessions are  Tailored according to Each individual session by session. One my argue that everyday is a different body (depending what you ate, how you slept, what you did or didn't do) By customizing each session it allows for more Space creating freedom and safety for one to start to heal themselves.
We as a species can heal outside wounds. I would like to invite the idea of being able to heal your inner world, your personal universe.  "When did our belief system change as society? When did the program set in that we were not all capable enough to heal ourselves?  What I find is as individuals have the same ability for the internal systems such as the musclualskelital, to endocrin and nervous system to the more subtle layers such as energy anatomy, & emotional and mental space. Being present  and alive in this incredible time we live gives us the gift of   Integrating both modern Western modalities, and ancient Eastern therapies.
Each Session is different, this is because not one single body is the same, ranging from day to day.  This all depending on your
what you’re processing on personal journey. By giving this Hello, and creating a neutral, judgment free safe space, it opens the potential for limitless healing for physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies.
Combinging and integrating moadalities gives more freedom to find truth within yourself, validating your body and growth. Giving the body permission to let go and focus inward will help  
aligne and balance, replenish and renew on many levels. I see that many clients leave feeling relaxed yet invigorated. By having the space to a clear cluttered mind gives options for a next step,  almost as if someone has opened a window to a hot tiny room. This feeling we can all relate too, and validates us as autonmous yet connected to everything.
