Renee California Certified & Massage Therapist with training, certification and degrees in various forms of healing work regarding the body-mind-spirit complex, the inner space within consciousness and the projected realities on the macro level. Combining with her bachelor's in Holistic health science/kinesiology adds a balance and passion to the menu, which provides a space for individuals to want to heal, create change and be validated. Renee believes in the evolving self; weather that is consciousness alone, or the trifecta of body mind spirit complex, she understands that keeping an open mind to explore, grow and change with the physical body is a gift, & by her own experiences she understands that the gift of life can and will be altered along the way do to pain, fear, programming, traffic etc disconnecting us from our own body information and the higher selves to create that change to heal. Reminding those, as she reminds her inner self to claim your sonority, exercise, connect with & eat fresh foods,getting sun light to open the pineal glad, finding a place in the medication world that is true to ones self, along with "waking up" becoming conscious of the unconscious space and education by researching your own sorceress.
